- Pour the whole can of Cream of Mushroom soup in the crockpot. Stir in the whole packet of the brown gravy mixture. Add the beef broth if you desire a thinner gravy.
- Place roast in the center of the crockpot. Spoon the mixture over the roast and season with seasoning salt.
- Turn crockpot heat on "high" for 4-5 hours, or turn it on "low" for 6-7 hours.
- When roast is finished, it will be falling apart in a heavenly manner. Serve and enjoy!
