Method
- Follow the cooking directions on the rice box/bag to prepare the rice. Let it cook fully before frying it.
- Once rice is cooked, add the oil to pan. Move rice to one side, and crack eggs open on the other side. Let eggs cook. While they cook, add celery salt and teriyaki sauce to the rice.
- After eggs are fully cooked, cut them up with the spatula, and mix eggs in with the rice. Let rice fry in the pan for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Then use the spatula to flip the rice. Let it brown for another 2-3 minutes, and then stir it all up again.
- Repeat this process until all rice is browned to your liking. Serve hot with meat and/or vegetables over it!
Notes
Add some color to your rice by adding in some frozen peas and carrots!
Add more teriyaki sauce if desired.
